You will order and review documents, track trailing items after closing, and communicate gaps to lenders, ensuring completeness and perfection of loan files. This role emphasizes accuracy and internal service quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly, apply solid reasoning, analytical and mathematical skill, and work independently and as a team member.
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation to complete complex tasks.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets or core servicing software and loan products and services.

Responsibilities

• Day in the Life – you process new commercial loans, prepare documentation, and prep loan files for boarding. You order, track, receive, and review supporting documents and maintain department reports.
• Maintain complete and accurate loan files and communicate with commercial lenders for information and documents.
