Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Senior Servicing Compliance Manager for its Residential Mortgage Portfolio. You will develop and lead the mortgage servicing regulatory compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal and state rules and internal governance.

You will provide strategic direction, oversee vendor relationships, manage test plans and audit findings, and drive improvement across servicing operations to deliver strong audit outcomes and high quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations and products.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory obligations, rules and laws.
• Experience with servicer actions during mortgage loan life-events.
• Ability to develop governance policies and programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage servicing regulatory compliance program.
• Oversee compliance reviews of Servicing QC vendors and sub-servicers.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual test plans.
• Prepare management reports and operational metrics.
• Develop policies and procedures for servicer compliance.
