Job summary

German American is seeking a Residential Loan Servicing Manager to lead the mortgage servicing team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service for the loan portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations to optimize processes and profitability.

The role requires supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong knowledge of real estate lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Up to five years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mortgage Servicing team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant service for the loan portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day servicing activities, escrow analysis, tax payments, and insurance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Accounting, Compliance, Risk, IT, and vendors to strengthen controls and implement technology solutions.
• Coach and develop associates, monitor performance, and drive regulatory and process improvements.
