Qualifications

• Four years working in a financial setting with experience in small business lending, commercial lending and/or mortgages.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; additional four years of progressive professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and document outcomes for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to credit union members to resolve loan problems and enhance financial relationships.
• Understand MACU SBA, CRE and LTM Loan Servicing guidelines and procedures.
• Assist supervision in analyzing trends, servicing data and reports to meet service objectives.
• Mentor Servicers in SBA, CRE and LTM loan servicing responsibilities and tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and maintain organized error resolution files.
