The role involves independent work or team-based projects, providing technical guidance on complex migrations and enhancements, and serving as a liaison between clients and IT teams while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Prior mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Mortgage servicing product knowledge (MSP) highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multiple audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Consults with clients regarding system requirements and performance for MSP and related products.
• Works individually or in teams on technology consultancy projects to meet client needs.
• Liaises between end-users and IT during projects.
• Researches and documents client needs, technology, or regulatory requirements for system design and enhancements.
• Analyzes industry and company best practices and system impacts across platforms.
• Conducts system, integration, readiness, and acceptance testing with client data.
• May train client and technical support personnel on enhancements and new systems.
