Job summary

Busey seeks a Back-office Mortgage Loan Services Manager to lead the Mortgage support division within Enterprise Loan Services. This role ensures compliance with laws and internal controls while overseeing investor loan processing, customer transactions, and financial reporting.

The Manager supervises direct and indirect reports, develops procedures, and tracks performance metrics. Collaboration with Mortgage and Retail lending teams supports growth and efficient processing across mortgage

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication with a high level of collaboration.
Extensive knowledge of corporate policies and procedures: CIP, Red Flag, FCRA, Reg Z, RESPA, USA PATRIOT ACT, etc.
Solid project and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, document and maintain procedures related to Investor loan processing and mortgage loan servicing.
Maintain knowledge of laws/regulations and implement controls to mitigate audit findings.
Manage direct and indirect reports, conduct performance reviews and provide mentoring.
Coordinate with Mortgage and Retail lending teams to drive growth and efficient processing.
Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess service levels and staffing needs.
Implement corrective actions to improve underperforming associates.
