Job summary

Busey is seeking a Back-office Mortgage Loan Services Manager in Champaign, IL to oversee the Mortgage support division within Enterprise Loan Services. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in financial services Loan Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain procedures related to Investor loan processing and mortgage loan servicing
• Maintain strong working knowledge of laws and regulations with controls to mitigate audit findings
• Manage direct and indirect reports; performance reviews; mentoring and coaching
• Develop relationships with Mortgage and Retail lending to support growth and service
• Monitor key performance metrics to measure service and staffing needs
• Implement corrective action to improve underperforming associates
• Track industry trends and incorporate changes to improve efficiency
• Participate in bank and system integrations to minimize disruptions
• Maintain knowledge of accounting requirements for mortgage loan reporting
