Job summary

Key Mortgage Services Inc. is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee the core functions of the compliance program, ensuring policies, procedures, and daily operations align with applicable laws and regulations.

The role monitors regulatory changes, manages licensing and examination readiness, and coordinates audit and risk activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of mortgage compliance experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field.
• 5+ years of mortgage compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA/Reg B, FCRA, Reg Z, Reg X and state lending laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Licensing & Exam Readiness: manage licensing requirements and renewals; prepare for exams; coordinate responses and action items.
• Complaint Management: own intake through resolution; triage inquiries; identify trends.
• SAR Review & Audit Support: review activity; file SARs; maintain documentation; support audits and track corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: coordinate with senior leadership to reflect findings in licensing, complaints, and audits.
