Job summary

First American seeks a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst for ServiceMac to translate mortgage servicing regulatory data into precise reporting requirements and ensure accurate deliverables. You will bridge Regulatory/Risk, servicing operations, clients, and report development teams throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include validating outputs, performing reconciliations, and coordinating across teams to resolve data gaps. Prior mortgage servicing reporting experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience translating regulatory data into executable reporting requirements.
• Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with mortgage servicing regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Strong written communication and requirements documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory reporting requirements into development-ready data and reporting specs.
• Validate reports against requirements and perform reconcilement and reasonableness tests.
• Own and manage regulatory reporting requests from intake to delivery across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regulatory/Risk, operations, clients, and developers to close gaps.
