Job summary

• Experience with mortgage servicing data and reporting.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and technical specs.
• Strong data validation, reconciliation, and exception analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple regulatory requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory data requests and define required data, periods, populations, and outputs.
• Translate requirements into development-ready data and reporting specs.
• Identify incomplete or conflicting requirements early in the process.
• Collaborate with Regulatory/Risk, operations, clients, and developers to resolve gaps.
• Document requirements, validations, and testing procedures.
• Lead meetings and ensure traceability from request to final report.
