Job summary

Total Mortgage Services LLC is seeking a Quality Control professional to manage pre- and post-closing QC for loan files. The role involves clearing exceptions and monitoring reports to support investor audits and requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field acceptable.
• 3-5 years of related experience; underwriting experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review and clear pre- and post-closing quality control exceptions for Total Mortgage.
• Update and monitor tracking and trending reports from loan file reviews.
• Review and clear post-purchase audit requests from investors, mortgage insurance companies and agencies.
• Assist with target testing and monitoring based on quality control findings.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
