Cascade Financial Services is seeking a Director of Processing to lead the processing department, including junior teams and training, and to design an efficient operating model. You will set direction across product types, build leadership, and ensure work flows quickly and accurately.

You will manage leaders, drive accountability, and partner with executive peers on structure and long-term planning, while maintaining a culture of ownership and service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan processing leadership.
• Minimum 3 years processing management experience.
• Proven track record of scaling processing departments with measurable results.
• Ability to lead leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of agency and portfolio products.

Aufgaben

• Own the overall strategy for the processing department and set direction across all product types.
• Manage and develop the Processing Manager, Processing Development Manager, and Operations Training Manager.
• Build a leadership bench and coach managers to grow into bigger roles.
• Lead with accountability, service, and ownership culture.
• Represent processing in origination, underwriting, and closing conversations.
• Partner with leadership on long-term org structure for scaling fulfillment.
• Set monthly goals for appraisal orders, underwriting submissions, and fundings.
• Ensure files are processed within SLAs and guidelines.
