Job summary

NBH Bank seeks a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager in Colorado Springs to lead the processing team from application to closing. You will supervise workflow, ensure quality and compliance, and coach processors while coordinating with loan officers and underwriters.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in mortgage processing, a strong regulatory background, and excellent communication. Occasional travel and a results-driven culture are part of the environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing a mortgage loan processing team.
• Driving may be required with this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mortgage processing function to move loans from application to underwriting and closing.
• Oversee daily workflow, staff performance, compliance, and service delivery to internal partners and clients.
• Coach and develop processors, optimize operational processes, ensure files meet regulatory, investor, and company quality standards.
• Lead and motivate loan processing team; conduct hiring, onboarding, training, and team meetings.
• Foster collaboration among loan officers, underwriters, and processors; manage pipelines by volume and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, BSA/AML, OFAC; maintain audit-ready files and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Communicate with partners and clients; review weekly pipeline and production reports; support special projects.
