Job summary

M/I Homes in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced loan processing supervisor to oversee daily production under the guidance of the Operations Manager. You will direct processing and underwriting activities to ensure timely closings and accuracy across the loan file lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in senior loan processing with hands-on knowledge of mortgage processing, DU, LP and agency guidelines. Leadership and coaching skills are essential to develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years senior loan processing experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of mortgage loan processing, DU and LP guidelines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reports to ensure loan files move through the process on time.
• Process loan files to support branch operations and timely closings.
• Assist with underwriting of loan files as needed.
• Mentor and educate loan processors to support development.
• Prepare and review reports for company representatives.
• Assist with training procedures for new employees.
