Cascade Financial Services is seeking a Director of Processing to lead the processing department, drive strategy, and align the Processing, Junior Processing, and Training teams toward scalable growth. You will set direction across all loan types and partner with leadership to structure a fulfillment organization that performs at scale.

You will be responsible for removing roadblocks, standardizing workflows, and using data to manage capacity, production, and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience with strong leadership.
• Minimum 3 years Processing Management Experience.
• Extensive Encompass Experience preferred.
• Proven track record of scaling a processing department with measurable results (cost per loan, turn times, capacity).
• Proven ability to lead leaders and build motivated teams that trust their manager.
• Strong working knowledge across agency and portfolio products, or quick learning ability.

Aufgaben

• Own the overall strategy for the processing department and set direction across all product types.
• Manage and develop the Processing Manager, Processing Development Manager, and Operations Training Manager; hold them accountable.
• Build leadership bench; coach managers to solve problems within teams.
• Represent processing in origination, underwriting, and closing discussions; keep teams focused on operations.
