You will mentor staff, manage performance, and deliver reports on SLA, quality, and pipelines for senior leadership. Strong leadership and mortgage operations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Mortgage Operations or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Encompass mortgage software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Production Managers.
• Oversee pre-purchase review of mortgage files to ensure documentation and compliance.
• Monitor SLAs, quality, and pipelines; provide reporting.
• Analyze processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Present insights and initiatives to management.
• Hire, coach, and manage performance.
