Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance across the bank’s residential mortgage lending operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding business units on federal and state mortgage laws and coordinating with the 2LOD function to strengthen the CMS.

You’ll lead a team, review policies and procedures, manage regulatory change initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective controls and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mortgage lending compliance.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager preferred.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Occasional travel possible.

• Oversee compliance risk management in residential mortgage lending operations.
