Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Residential Mortgage Loan Underwriting.
Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending principles and regulations.
Direct Endorsement (DE) or Staff Appraisal Reviewer (SAR) designation required.

Responsibilities

Build and lead high-performing credit operations teams.
Drive operational strategy for Correspondent and Retail Lending divisions.
Lead product and technology enhancements for underwriting.
