Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or similar financial field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify and input documents into LOS; ensure data accuracy.
• Review loan applications for completeness and loan type/amount.
• Rerun AUS to confirm consistency of automated decisions.
• Order appraisals, abstracts, surveys when needed.
• Assemble files in imaging system and verify completeness.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor and lender.
• Prepare closing sheet and coordinate with closing dept.
