Job summary

Cnbismybank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Operations professional to coordinate with MLOs, vendors and borrowers to assemble complete, compliant loan packages for underwriting. The role monitors deadlines and escalates issues to keep processing and closing on schedule.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications for completeness, ordering third-party services, and preparing disclosures. A background in banking and mortgage products is preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to review applications for completeness and verify data.
• Experience with loan closing processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review online applications for completeness and request missing information.
• Verify income, employment, down payment, residence details.
• Review loan file for required documents and accuracy.
• Prepare disclosures and mortgage-related forms.
• Coordinate third-party services (appraisals, title work, tax transcripts).
• Monitor loan pipeline and ensure timelines are met.
• Assist with loan closings and ensure conditions are satisfied.
