Job summary

USA Mortgage is seeking Senior Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) to drive residential loan production. Licensed in each state of operation, you will market and service loans and ensure compliance throughout the process.

Requirements include 5 years of experience, knowledge of Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans, with proficiency in Encompass and MS Office. Competitive commissions and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience and/or training.
• Extensive knowledge of Residential loan products: Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient with loan origination systems and MS Office.
• Encompass experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and solicit residential loan business while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct preliminary research to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Provide customer service and move loan files toward processing.
• Update databases and networks for new loan opportunities.
