Qualifications

• MLO license (NMLS) required or in process.
• Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products.
• Encompass experience or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills sufficient for daily tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients throughout the loan process.
• Market and solicit residential loan business in compliance with guidelines.
• Advise clients on the home-buying or refinancing process and mortgage options.
