DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. (USA Mortgage) invites motivated Mortgage Loan Originators to join our team in the Madison area. You will help clients explore financing options, guide them through the loan process, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.

We value industry knowledge and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. An MLO license (NMLS) and basic computer skills are required; a 2–4 year college curriculum or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
• Encompass experience or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• MLO approved license in NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide every client the best service in the industry.
• Market and solicit residential loan business, ensuring all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process and how to better manage their mortgages.
• Own and build your business within USA Mortgage with the support of our team.
