Selene Finance LP is seeking a Senior Litigation Case Manager to work with the VP and legal team to manage mortgage litigation matters. You will oversee discovery, coordinate with outside counsel, and track case status in Legal Tracker and other databases.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in paralegal or litigation roles within mortgage servicing, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate with paralegal certification.
• 10+ years related experience as a paralegal or litigation specialist in mortgage servicing.
• Experience in the legal department of a mortgage servicer.
• Proficiency with mortgage servicing databases (MSP, LPS, ICE) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Managing all assigned litigation cases and coordinating with outside counsel.
• Prepare case summaries, track hearings, depositions, and motions with accuracy.
• Maintain Thompson Reuters Legal Tracker and report status to management/investors.
• Assess risk, identify high‑impact matters, and manage discovery processes.
• Approve budgets/invoices and provide timely status updates to the VP and stakeholders.
