Job summary

Mortgage Solutions Financial seeks a Litigation Attorney (I/II/Senior) to provide versatile in-house legal support across MSF's business lines, mortgage originations, loan servicing, and regulatory compliance, serving as a true generalist counsel to executives.

You will advise on contracts, oversee litigation strategy and discovery, manage outside counsel, supervise paralegals, and guide HR and employment matters, while ensuring adherence to CFPB rules, RESPA, TILA, HOEPA, FCRA, GLBA, AML/BSA,

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active state bar admission; Colorado licensure via reciprocity or in-house licensing.
• 3+ years of corporate, contractual, financial services, or general civil practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide versatile in-house legal support across MSF lines and operations.
• Advise on contracts, mortgage origination/servicing, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee litigation, manage external counsel, and supervise paralegal staff.
• Guide HR/employment matters and ensure regulatory examinations readiness.
