Job summary

You will serve as a key contact, collaborating with branch teams and marketing efforts to deliver a superior customer experience while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds expertise as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
