JPMorgan Chase in Florence, KY seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, guiding them through the home financing process with product expertise and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage originations, and maintain strong relationships by delivering consultative financial recommendations based on clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven retail banking sales experience.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
