Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, seeks a Mortgage Lending Sales Manager in Fort Myers, FL. This role combines producing sales leadership with hands-on origination to grow mortgage volume and guide a high-performance team.

You will mentor, recruit, and coach staff, forecast production, and collaborate with the RVP to implement strategies while ensuring outstanding member service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role leading a sales team.
• NMLS license with active continuing education.
• Experience with conventional and government loan programs.
• Proficient with LOS, CRM, and underwriting systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; adherence to laws.

Responsabilités

• Support and grow mortgage volume with the RVP of Mortgage Sales.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor sales team to meet goals.
• Lead joint sales calls and loan structuring activities.
• Forecast monthly/annual production volumes and develop strategy.
• Represent Liberty FCU at external events to build business.
• Prepare loan reports and conduct performance evaluations; provide exceptional member service.
