Job summary

Liberty FCU in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Mortgage Lending Sales Manager to lead and grow our mortgage sales team. This producing manager role reports to the RVP of Mortgage Sales and emphasizes building referral networks and delivering exceptional member service.

The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years of mortgage origination experience, at least 3 years in a leadership role, and an active NMLS license. Proficiency with LOS, CRM, UW systems, and government loan programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow mortgage volume with the RVP of Mortgage Sales.
• Recruit and mentor the sales team to build referral networks and meet sales goals.
• Make joint sales calls, assist in loan product structuring, and help develop routines for goal achievement.
• Forecast monthly/annual production volumes with the RVP of Mortgage Sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals and maintain positive member relations.
• Represent the credit union at external functions to build new business and strengthen member relations.
