You will coach and mentor your team, collaborate with bankers, and create exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years mortgage lending experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• FHA/VA sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team in products and services.
• Develop partnerships with retail branches for mortgage origination.
• Provide consultative recommendations to clients.
