Fairygodboss is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Salem, Oregon. This role involves being the chief point of contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products.

You'll coach the branch team, collaborate with bankers, and utilize various marketing efforts to enhance customer experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales and three years in mortgage lending are required, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines knowledge.
• Proven consultative skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train the branch team on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet customer needs.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
