Qualifications

• Familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Partners with bankers to meet clients and introduce new customers to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing and cross-sell initiatives to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and maintains strong partnerships with branches.
• Defines as the mortgage expert and provides financial recommendations based on analysis and product knowledge.
