Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle and be the primary contact for home lending questions. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while promoting Chase's mortgage products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Acts as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend solutions based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
