Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of mortgage lending experience in retail banking.
• Proven sales experience within the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor branch team by providing training on products.
• Collaborate with bankers and introduce new clients for additional services.
• Build partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
