JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending in New York. You will guide clients through the home loan journey, serving as the primary contact while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase mortgage products.

Qualifications

• Three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing, cross-sell efforts, and digital channels.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Serves as internal and external mortgage expert, building relationships and offering consultative financial guidance.
