Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Huntington, WV to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, coordinating with bankers and specialists to deliver a seamless mortgage experience. The role requires 3+ years of mortgage lending, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

You will mentor branch teams, develop client relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
