Job summary

Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, leveraging deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with bankers to drive mortgage originations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining expertise in FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
