Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Harker Heights, Texas. You will leverage your knowledge of home lending products to serve as your customers' chief point of contact throughout the loan process while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of proven sales experience in retail banking. The position includes benefits such as competitive health care and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Acts as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
