Qualifications
- Bachelor required with knowledge of mortgage lending basics.
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience.
- Familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
- Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products.
- Collaborates on marketing efforts to create outstanding customer experience.
- Promotes mortgage loan originations within assigned territories.
- Maintains relationships with customers as the internal/external mortgage expert.
- Provides recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
