Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and act as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, collaboration with branch teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of mortgage lending experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, with proven sales success in retail banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
