Wings Credit Union seeks a Sr. Mortgage Loan Compliance Analyst to oversee mortgage loan quality, regulatory compliance and credit risk across the lending lifecycle.

You will review processes, disclosures, and HMDA data while advising partners on policy updates and training needs. You will collaborate with Mortgage Lending, Compliance, vendors, and training teams to identify trends and strengthen controls for member-focused outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years first mortgage loan experience required.
• 2+ years in auditing/QA of mortgage lending systems (required).

Mansioni

• Perform independent mortgage loan reviews for compliance and quality.
• Assess origination, processing, underwriting, closing and servicing against guidelines.
• Provide guidance, update policies, and improve processes based on findings.
