Wings Credit Union seeks a Mortgage Loan Compliance Analyst to support compliant mortgage lending practices and regulatory alignment across the lending lifecycle. You will partner with Compliance leadership to review documentation, disclosures, and processes, identifying gaps and providing practical updates.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in finance, business, or related field.
• 3+ years' first mortgage loan experience required.
• 2+ years' first mortgage loan auditing/QA experience preferred.
• 6+ months in a credit union setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews of mortgage loans per agency guidelines across pre-funding, closing, post-closing, and servicing.
• Review loan activity to ensure compliance with investor, FHA/VA, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate regulations into practical guidance and updates to policies and procedures.
• Support third‑party quality control vendors and analyze findings for trends and training needs.
• Assist with HMDA reporting quality, accuracy, and validity.
