Job summary

Wings Credit Union, formed through a January 2026 merger with Ent Credit Union, seeks a Sr. Mortgage Loan Compliance Analyst to oversee mortgage lending compliance, quality control, and regulatory adherence across the lending lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Mortgage Lending leadership, vendors, and training teams to identify trends, address findings, and strengthen policies, procedures, and systems to protect members and the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' of first mortgage loan experience, required
• 2+ years' first mortgage loan auditing / quality assurance experience with mortgage lending systems, required
• 1+ years' experience with team leadership or management, preferred
• Experience in a credit union setting, preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews of mortgage loans per agency and investor guidelines.
• Review loan activity across origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing for regulatory alignment.
• Identify compliance, credit, documentation, or process gaps and communicate findings to partners.
• Provide oversight of third-party quality control vendors and monitor performance and findings.
• Lead collection of documentation for annual internal audits and recertification activities.
