JPMorganChase is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor in South Elgin, Illinois. You will be the chief point of contact for customers throughout their loan journey while collaborating with the Home Lending team to market and promote financial products.

Your role includes coaching branch teams, developing partnerships, and utilizing consultative skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets customers, and introduces new clients for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Exhibits consultative skills for recommendations based on financial analysis and needs.
