Job summary

Chase Home Lending, part of JPMorgan Chase, is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Colorado Springs to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and in-depth knowledge of home lending products to guide customers to the right mortgage solutions.

You will coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and use targeted marketing and cross-sell strategies to grow mortgage originations while building lasting client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch staff on products and services.
• Meets with customers with bankers and introduces new clients.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Establishes mortgage expertise and builds customer relationships.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on client needs.
