Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan journey, delivering expert lending solutions and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be a trusted resource for customers, offering knowledgeable guidance throughout the loan life cycle.

You will partner with branch teams to grow mortgage originations while providing outstanding service and leveraging Chase's marketing and cross-sell programs to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds relationships with customers and offers consultative financial recommendations.
