Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and channels.
• Develops strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on analysis, product knowledge, and client needs.
