Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan journey within Chase Home Lending. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and leveraging marketing efforts to grow loan originations and client relationships.

You will collaborate with bankers, train branch teams, and act as the mortgage subject‑matter expert to deliver tailored financial solutions and an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
