JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the home loan process and act as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will promote the bank's mortgage products while adhering to regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer experiences. A strong emphasis on cross-selling and partnership development is highlighted.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Meets with customers with bankers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates on marketing and cross-sell efforts to promote mortgage products and services.
Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
Serves as internal and external mortgage expert with strong consultative skills.
