Job summary

The Atlantic in New York City or Washington, D.C. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Monetization & Growth team, overseeing subscriptions and advertising monetization.

You’ll collaborate across Growth, Advertising, Revenue, Data, Legal, Design, and Engineering to turn complex challenges into prioritized, measurable product work, while using AI tools to accelerate research and development.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in subscriptions, advertising monetization, revenue systems, or other analytically complex domains.
• Strong product judgment balancing revenue goals, user experience, technical constraints, and operational realities.
• Experience leading cross-functional product work with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the monetization roadmap, developing new ways to help Growth increase subscriptions and Advertising revenue.
• Improve the subscriber journey from acquisition to retention and account management.
• Build products that improve ad performance, including yield, viewability, and monetization operations across web and app.
